Why do a run outside when you can come to cardio circuit and improve both your endurance and strength inside with people and have a good time!

Power Pump

 This high intensity class includes a variation of both bodyweight and weighted exercises to feel the burn in the body whilst improving your fitness at the simultaneously! This fun, fast pace strength session will help reach your goals one class at a time.

Sunday Stretch

 Simple and super effective yet very often neglected! 15 minutes of strength & conditioning work followed by 15 mins of mobility assisting stretching techniques.
